Summary
- xxxx.fish is a U.S.-based tool for reviewing and deleting posts on your own X account with your confirmation.
- AI judgements are probabilistic, deletions from X are irreversible, and credit purchases are processed by Stripe.
- These Terms work together with the Privacy, Acceptable Use, Cookie, and Billing policies linked on this page.
Agreement
xxxx.fish is a U.S.-based service operated under the xxxx.fish name.
General contact: support@xxxx.fish.
Privacy requests: privacy@xxxx.fish.
By accessing or using xxxx.fish you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Notice, and the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The service is currently offered only to United States residents. By creating an account or purchasing credits, you represent that you meet that requirement.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use the service
xxxx.fish is currently offered to United States residents who are at least 18 years old and can enter a binding contract.
You must be authorized to control the X account you connect and able to complete any payment lawfully.
The service
xxxx.fish lets a signed-in user connect their own X account, scan up to the timeline depth X’s API exposes for that path, score posts with a selected model, search semantically, optionally run Deep Context or explanation drafts, and start durable deletion jobs.
X’s user-timeline API currently exposes about 3200 of your most recent posts to this service. Older history is not included unless xxxx.fish adds a separate archive-import feature.
xxxx.fish does not request X’s like.write or follows.write permissions and does not implement unlike or unfollow actions. X documents those API actions, but they are outside this product’s current authorization and feature scope.
Deletion is rate-limited by X (about 50 deletes per 15 minutes per user). Large jobs take hours or days and run as durable background work.
The in-product assistant accelerates work; core review and deletion flows are also available without chat.
Your account and X connection
You must only connect an X account you are authorized to control.
You are responsible for actions taken with your authorization, including deletions you confirm.
Disconnect marks our stored tokens revoked and cancels stoppable jobs. It does not by itself erase all historical data we already stored. Revoking the app in X’s settings is also recommended when you want X to invalidate authorization at the platform.
Disconnecting stops xxxx.fish from using its locally stored X authorization. For the strongest revocation, also remove xxxx.fish from X’s connected-app settings.
AI output limitations
Heat scores, categories, rationales, Deep Context summaries, explanation drafts, chat replies, and corpus-style reports are machine-generated opinions and drafts.
They may miss risk, over-flag benign posts, mishandle irony or quotation, or omit thread context. Borderline cases may be marked as needing human review.
You decide what to delete. Nothing is deleted from X solely because a model flagged it.
Deletion, backups, and legal holds
Posts deleted from X cannot be restored by xxxx.fish, and X does not provide a restore path for ordinary deleted posts through this product.
Before a deletion job can be confirmed, you must download the backup export we generate. The export preserves post text and metadata; media bytes are not embedded, and media URLs may stop working later.
The default confirmation path includes about 1 hour cancel window before deletes become eligible. Instant start is an explicit opt-in and requires an additional preservation acknowledgement.
If you are subject to a subpoena, litigation hold, regulatory inquiry, criminal investigation, or other legal process, deleting posts may be unlawful even if they are yours. That risk is yours to assess with your own lawyer. The product shows a spoliation warning on instant-deletion paths; it is disclosure, not legal advice to you.
Credits and billing
Metered actions deduct the quoted number of credits. The product shows the cost before you confirm an action that spends credits.
Credit purchases are processed by Stripe Checkout. Watchdog subscriptions are not currently open for enrollment. Details are in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The price and credit cost shown immediately before purchase or confirmation control the transaction.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, legal risk, or abuse of the X API or our systems.
Intellectual property
xxxx.fish branding, product UI, and our original software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You retain rights in your own posts under your relationship with X.
You grant us a limited permission to host, process, and display your connected-account content as needed to provide the service you request.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, perfect model accuracy, or that X will accept every API call. X API behavior can change.
No service-level agreement, insurance commitment, or certification is offered in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from use of the service or from deletions you confirm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to xxxx.fish during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law that otherwise applies to the dispute, without creating an exclusive choice of state law.
A dispute may be brought in any court that has lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive participation in a class action.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
Changes and termination
We may modify the service or these Terms. We will post an updated date and provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid use or your rights.
We may suspend or end access if tokens are revoked, invoices fail, abuse is detected, or continued operation would violate law or platform rules.
Effective date 2026-08-04; last updated 2026-08-05.
