Purpose
xxxx.fish is for personal (or otherwise authorized) review and cleanup of your own X history. The Acceptable Use Policy protects users, the operator, and compliance with X developer rules.
xxxx.fish is a U.S.-based service operated under the xxxx.fish name.
Allowed use
Connecting your own X account (or an account you are duly authorized to administer).
Scanning, searching, and analyzing posts that the connected account is permitted to read through the granted OAuth scopes.
Deleting or un-retweeting your own content through the product’s confirmation and job flows.
Purchasing credits or Watchdog for that authorized use.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- Connect or attempt to access another person’s X account without authority.
- Use the product to surveil, stalk, dox, extort, or harass anyone, or to build dossiers on third parties. Deep Context and X Search-style tools must stay scoped to the authenticated account’s own content and context the product exposes for that purpose.
- Scrape, bulk-export, or redistribute others’ X content beyond what the product provides for your authorized account workflow.
- Share your xxxx.fish session, credentials, or OAuth tokens, or sell access to a connected account.
- Attempt to bypass credit metering, reservations, spend guards, authentication, or ownership checks.
- Interfere with rate limits, reverse engineer non-public APIs for abuse, or disrupt the service.
- Use the service to commit crimes or to destroy information you are legally required to preserve.
- Fine-tune or train models on X content obtained through the service.
- Misrepresent AI output as a human legal, medical, or employment advice opinion from the operator.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse, revoke X credentials we hold, cancel jobs, refuse service, or report unlawful activity where appropriate.
X may also revoke API access under its Developer Agreement and Policy.
